Statuses allow us to keep track of where a client's parcel is in the system, from No Status (nothing has happened yet), Called and Confirmed (the client has had their dietary call and the parcel is ready to be packed) to Delivered.
To change the status of a parcel:
Check the tick box of a parcel
Click on Statuses
Select a status.
Updating the status of a parcel will show on the status column on the parcels table.
You can view a history of the statuses by clicking on a parcel to open the parcel info box, and view the table at the bottom.
