To add a parcel, you first need to find the client on the Client Page, or if the client does not already exist on the app, you need to Add a Client.
A parcel has to be attached to a client.
Once you have found the client or added them, you can add a parcel by:
Clicking on the client to open their details
(Here you can also see a history of their previous parcels in the table in the pop-up window.)
At the bottom of the pop-up window, select: "Add Parcel".
Choose List Type (Regular or Hotel)
Enter the client's Voucher details
Enter the Packing Date (This is the date that the parcel will be packed, not necessarily the date the parcel will be delivered. AM parcels are packed and delivered the same day, PM parcels are delivered the following day.)
Packing Slot (e.g. AM/PM)
Shipping Method (Delivery or Collection from a hub)
If 'Collection' you will be asked for the Collection Centre, Collection Date and time (Collection Slot).
Select whether you want to Flag for Attention. (For example, if someone is only home at certain times)
If the client wants a Signposting follow up call, select this option, along with the reason
Let the Packing Team know any food/dietary requiremnts in the Extra Information box
Fill in any Delivery Instructions
Let the Managers / Staff team know anything important in the Notes box
Click Submit when you have finished
