Download Signposting Report

Apply this action to download a CSV spreadsheet file for the Signposting team.

Unlike all the other actions which require you to select parcels first, this action does not require you to pre-select any parcels.

To apply this action:

• Do not select any clients

• Press Actions

• Press Download Signposting Report

• Choose a date range of parcels that you want to include in the report

• Download CSV

The CSV file can be opened in any spreadsheet software, and will contain all the information about each parcel, including Name, Phone Number, and what Signpost actions are required.

No status is applied when this action is done.
